June start in WANDSWORTH COMMON: Sole charge, P/T Daily "Combined Entity" Nanny for two children (G9 & B5 years)

Returning, professional clients with busy careers are seeking a new Part-time,  Daily Nanny on a "Combined Entity" basis. Due to the nature of working less hours during term-time and more in school holidays, this role would ideally suit a candidate who is studying part-time.

Our clients have two children, G9 & B5 years and are a professional working couple, so this is a completely sole charge role. We therefore require a candidate who is happy to be autonomous and can confidently take charge of the daily routines for the children (school, clubs, activities, social, meals, homework, evening routines etc) and be prepared to represent the parents at school, appointments etc when needed.

This is a "Combined Entity" role, which will average approximately 20-25 hours/week. The role will mainly be after-school care in term time and then working 4 days/week in school holidays, Mum is at home on a Friday, hence their need for 4 days only, though if there is ever a need for any extra hours, they would be well remunerated.

= Term time: Monday - Thursday 15.00 - 19.30. = Holidays: Monday - Thursday 09.00-19.00.

Both children attend full-time school located a mile away, so a driver isn’t essential but if the candidate does drive, then they can drive the children. The children's leisure pursuits are typical for their ages; they enjoy a variety of interests including sports, singing, dancing and are happy to try new things! During term time, the children’s pick-up times do vary, due to after-school activities, with the earliest school pick-up 15:30. The nanny will also be responsible for basic cooking, reading/homework support and the afterschool/bedtime routines.

The family are situated in Wandsworth, just south of Wandsworth Common, and not far from Wandsworth Common & Earlsfield tube stations. This is a super area for amenities, easy for school runs (Clapham) and of course there is also a great nanny network!

This is a happy, busy household and the family have had long-standing childcare support (their Norland Nanny stayed for 3.5 years)! This role is best-suited to a confident, independent Nanny with good experience of working with school-age children and who has a great track record/strong portfolio to date.
