Weekend, Live-in Nanny (Friday – Sunday) – Notting Hill + Travel

Start: May | Salary: £60,000+

A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill is seeking an experienced weekend nanny to care for their three young children (G4.5, B20 months & B5 months). This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional, playful, and intuitive nanny who enjoys working as part of a collaborative household team. The family values kindness, gentle communication, and clear, consistent boundaries.

The household is fully staffed, including a weekday nanny (Monday–Thursday) and housekeepers. One housekeeper travels with the family to their countryside home when required.

Role Details:

• Schedule: Friday – Sunday (live-in)
• Accommodation: Provided during working days
• Locations: Notting Hill, London + regular weekends in the Cotswolds (Oxfordshire)

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, engaging care for three young children.
• Manage a mix of sole charge and shared care with parents and staff.
• Plan age-appropriate, development-focused activities.
• Maintain a calm, structured, and positive environment.
• Support daily routines and adapt to family dynamics.
• Prepare simple, healthy meals for the children.
• Keep children’s areas tidy and organised.
• Assist with packing and organisation for travel (UK and international).
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

• A strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Confident managing multiple young children.
• Strong English skills (supporting early learning).
• Knowledgeable in early years development and nutrition.
• Reliable, discreet, and seeking a long-term role.

Requirements:

• Solid and stable employment history.
• Experience in London private households (Notting Hill experience a bonus).
• Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid and excellent, checkable references.
• Driver preferred but not essential.
