LITTLE VENICE, LONDON W9: Part-time, Daily Nanny/PA – July start

• Children: Girls; 12 & 9 years
• Start Date: 15th July 
• Hours: Term Time: 2pm–7pm and School Holidays: 8am–7pm
• Driver: Essential (automatic car provided)
• Salary: £45,000.00
• Benefits: 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, plus an additional two weeks' paid leave at Christmas

A warm and welcoming family in Little Venice is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Nanny/PA to care for their two daughters and help manage the smooth running of family life. The role combines after-school childcare with family administration and household support. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with older children, be confident encouraging independence, supporting homework, organising activities and building positive relationships with growing girls.

Responsibilities include:

• School collections and occasional drop-offs.
• Supporting homework and school commitments.
• Planning activities, playdates, clubs and holiday camps.
• Cooking healthy family meals.
• Children's laundry and wardrobe management.
• Managing school communications and family diaries.
• Organising appointments, birthdays, gifts and holiday packing.
• Running errands and assisting with general family administration.
• Liaising with teachers, tutors and household contractors when required.

The family are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, engaging and genuinely enjoys working with older children.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Confident managing schedules and family admin.
• Tech-savvy and able to take initiative.
• Flexible, reliable and an excellent communicator.
