| Description | TEMPORARY NANNY for a Private Family: ASAP June - September 2019 in Goring Heath, Oxfordshire Position: Temporary Nanny; salary: £750 per week
Nanny required to care for 3 children (born July 2014, Feb 2016 and baby girl born May 2019). The position will be a sole charge and the working hours will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm. The family have a maternity nurse to look after the baby until 18th July.
The accommodation will be a large self-contained, fully redecorated annexe located 30 ft away from the family home which comprises kitchen/dining room area leading to a sitting room and separate snug and upstairs is a double bedroom with a full bathroom (shower and bath). There is also a private patio area and a car parking space should the nanny have their own car. A driver is essential and an Audi Q7 will be provided for nursery duties only. The nanny will be required to travel with the family for 2 weeks to Provence 5th August to around the 20th August. The family also employ a cleaner 3 full days a week.
The family live in a beautiful farmhouse in Oxfordshire, set in the countryside on a National Trust Estate 6 minutes’ drive from Pangbourne and 10 minutes from Goring and Streatley. 20 minutes from Henley and Reading. Trains from Reading to London Paddington are 25 minutes.
Both girls attend school in Pangbourne, the oldest full time and the youngest goes to the nursery 3 mornings a week, but this is likely to increase next term.
Both parents work from home and wish to be involved in the children’s lives as much as possible. The nanny will be someone with energy and a love of child care and a focus on age related activities through play when the girls are not at school. The nanny will be responsible for preparing healthy nutritious meals and the family are keen that the meals include lots of buckwheat, quinoa, fresh vegetables and fruit. They need the nanny to have a mutual interest in a healthy diet.
